摘要
本文报道了改性树脂交联的聚合物与水玻璃形成的复合凝胶堵水剂CY 98的岩心封堵实验结果 ,简述了在中原濮城油田两口超高含水油井用于堵水的良好效果。该堵剂有一定的选择性 ,堵水率高 ,承压强度大 ,耐冲刷性能好 ,与封口剂配合使用时封堵有效期可达到冻胶型堵剂的三倍以上。
In this paper the core plugging capability of selective water plugging agent CY 98, a ploymer/resin and water glass mixed gelling fluid, is presented and discussed and its field uses for water plugging in two high water cut production wells at a high temperature and high salinity reservoir of Pucheng, Zhongyuan, are briefly introduced. It is shown that CY 98 is a highly effective water plugging composition(water plugging rates in cores >99%) and is selective in some extent (oil plugging rates 14.7% and 67.7% in two sets of core experiments). The blockages formed in the core are resistant to water flush. The working life of the CY 98 gel blockages displaced into the reservoir zones is long.
