摘要 在油田高含水开发期,不同类型的水窜、水害严重影响采收率。针对普通油井水泥封堵成功率低的问题,进行了超细水泥封堵剂的研究。室内试验结果表明,超细水泥粒径小、对微孔隙的可渗性好;超细水泥浆流变性好、凝固时间可调;超细水泥石抗压强度高(达40.6 MPa),且具有微膨胀性、耐久性和耐高温(达315℃)性能等特点。介绍了超细水泥封堵工艺技术。在辽河油田、大港油田的施工应用表明,超细水泥用量少,施工简便,成功率在90%以上。 During the late exploration stage, water breakthrough and water-trouble reduce recovery efficiency severely. A superfine cement as plugging agent is studied based on the low efficiency of common cement. Tests in lab show the superfine cement possesses tiny grain size, high permeability to micropore. good rheological properly, adjustable setting time, high compressive strength (reaches 40. 6 MPa) and good thermal stability (reaches 315 C). The superfine cement plugging technology is presented and its field using in Liaohe Oilfield and Dagang Oilfield proved its low dosage, simple operation with success rate of more than 90%.
