摘要
室内研制出一种性能良好的有机钛交联剂LX-1。实验结果表明,在HPG含量为0.4%~1.0%、LX-1含量为0.20%~0.30%、温度为30~90℃、pH值为7~8时,HPG/LX-1交联体系有较好的延缓交联作用;HPG/LX-1交联体系还具有良好的耐温(80~90℃)和抗盐(NaCl含量为50~100 g/L)性能。
A good organic titanium gellant LX-1 is developed in lab. Tests indicate that the HPG/LX-1 crosslinked gel possesses good delayed crosslinking effect with the HPG content within 0. 4%-1. 0% and LX-1 within 0. 20%-0. 30%, temperature between 30-90 C and pH between 7-8. The gel remains stable in 80 - 90 C with the salt content between 50-100 g/L.
