摘要
阐述了湿硫化氢环境中碳钢和低合金钢腐蚀开裂的机理、相关因素和抑制腐蚀开裂的基本原则。举例说明了国内炼油厂湿硫化氢环境中过程设备的腐蚀失效情况和采取的相关措施 ,对今后应该注意的问题进行了讨论。
The corrosion cracking mechanisms of carbon steels and low-alloy steels in wet hydrogen sulfide environment, the relative factors and the basic principles for controlling the corrosion cracking were described. The case was presented to describe corrosion failures of the process equipment in wet hydrogen sulfide service in domestic refineries and corresponding measures taken. The precautions were discussed.
