摘要
用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、X射线衍射仪对四川维尼纶厂甲醇转化炉辐射段炉管、对流段翅片管、断裂翅片和脱落残片以及现场收集的氧化物等进行了组织、断口形貌、焊接情况的观察 ,并进行了成分和结构定性分析。结果证明为炉内超温导致炉管开裂、翅片断裂及脱落。
An inspection has been made on the radiation tubes, convection finned tubes, cracked fins, spalled parts and collected oxidized materials in the methanol converter in Sichuan Vinylon Plant in respect of structure, fracture form and welding by electronic scanner, X-ray examinations etc. The comparison and construction were qualitatively analyzed. The results showed that the tube cracks, finned tube failure and spalling were caused by the temperature run-away of the converter.
