分子筛焙烧炉炉体断裂失效分析

摘要 兰州炼油化工总厂催化剂分厂一套分子筛装置焙烧炉炉体自 1988年投用以来 ,曾多次进行焊接修补 ,但沿焊缝附近的热影响区 (HAZ)频频出现开裂 ,证明开裂是由于焊接工艺不当引起的应力腐蚀开裂和晶间腐蚀所致。文章在对断口进行取样分析及电化学试验的基础上 ,对炉体断裂原因及防治方法进行了分析研究。 The molecular sieve calcinator in the catalyst plant of Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Complex has undergone a number of welding repairs since its start-up in 1998. But the cracking occurred frequently in the heat affected zone along the weld seams. This proved that the cracks were the results of stress corrosion cracking because of improper welding process applied and intergrainular corrosion. The causes of calcinator cracking and prevention measures were studied based upon the analysis and electrochemical testing of fracture samples.
