摘要
对金陵石化公司炼油厂加氢裂化装置高压空冷器的结垢原因进行了分析 ,垢物剖析表明该系统结垢物主要由稠环芳烃组成。针对该系统的结垢原因 ,研制出了NL - 10 1阻垢分散剂 ,工业应用试验表明 ,完全可以替代进口阻垢分散剂。
The causes of fouling of high pressure air cooler of hydrocracker in Jinlin Petrochemical Company,s refinery were analyzed. The analysis showed that the fouling was formed from polycyclic aromatics. To deal with the fouling of the system, a NL-101 anti-fouling dispersant was developed. The commercial trial demonstrated that this chemical could completely replace the imported anti-fouling dispersant.
