摘要
文章报道了采用加酸水处理方案处理超高硬度、碱度水质的方法。在钙硬加总碱大于 5 0 0mg/L的补充水质中 ,使用加酸处理方案 ,浓缩倍数可大于 3.0 ,动态模拟试验试管的腐蚀速率为 0 .0 16 4mm/a ,粘附速率为 8.6mdd。在一套有物料泄漏现象的炼油循环水系统连续运行一年多 ,平均腐蚀速率小于 0 .0 75mm/a。
The method of adding acid to treat the high-hardness and high alkaline cooling water was reported. If the acid addition was used to treat the make-up water with a total alkaline greater than 500 mg/L, the concentration could be greater than 3.0, the corrosion rate of dynamically simulated tube was 0.0164 mm/yr, cohesion rate 8.6 mdd. When it was applied in the cooling water system of a refinery with some leakage, the average corrosion rate was less than 0.075 mm/yr after more than one year operation.
