Development of Protection Agent HL-911 for Idle (stand-by) Equipment

概述了石油化工装置停 (备 )用设备传统保护方法的不足 ,并对HL— 911复合气相缓蚀剂的特性、机理以及应用实例 ,进行了论述和介绍。采用HL - 911保护剂与传统保护方法相比 ,其腐蚀速率仅为湿法的 1/10 ,干法的 1/ 7,缓蚀率达 99%以上。

The inadequacy of the conventional protection methods for idle (stand-by) equipment in petrochemical service was generalized. The performances, mechanisms and application of composite vaphor-phase corrosion inhibitor HL-911 were detailed. As compared with the conventional protection methods, the corrosion rate of HL-911 was only 1/10 that of the wet method and 1/7 that of dry method. The corrosion inhibition rate was over 99%.
