减压四线油试生产HVI500油料及66号全精炼蜡

TRIAL PRODUCTION OF HVI 500 LUBE BASE OIL AND No. 66 FULLY REFINED PARAFFIN WAX FROM No. 4 VACUUM DISTILLATE

高桥石化公司炼油厂3号酮苯脱蜡脱油装置于1994年9月投产成功，改变了制造蜡产品必须用传统的发汗工艺路线的限制，以减三线油生产HVI250油料时，能顺利生产出熔点高于60℃，含油低于0．4％的全精炼蜡及食品级蜡。另外，用该装置进行减四线油生产HVI500油料的尝试。试产期间操作平稳，各工艺参数控制情况良好。生产出完全符合质量要求的66号全精炼蜡。

The No. 3 ketone-benzol dewaxing-deoiling unit in the refinery of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company was successfully put into operation in September 1994. It created a new way other than conventional sweating process to produce fully refined paraffin wax and food grade wax with melting point above 60 ℃ and oil content less than O:4% using vacuum distillate of HVl 25o as feedstock. In addition, vacuum distillate HVI 500 was also tested in the unit to make # 66 fully refined paraffin wax, which meets all the quality specifications- The stable operation and good control of various process parameters were obtained throughout the test period.
