摘要
介绍茂名石化公司第三套糖醛精制装置的技术改造,不改变原塔体和工艺流程,采用液体凝聚澄清分离器和转盘一填料复合塔,在相同精制深度时,醛油比下降,精制油收率提高,能耗降低,可提高处理能力12%左右。仅采用液体凝聚澄清分离器一项可净增效益约161万元/a,改造资金仅30万元。采用转盘填料复合技术投入资金120万元,净增效益241万元/a。这对炼油厂同类装置的技术改造提供了有益的经验。
The technical transform of the third furfural refining unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company includes adding a liquid condensation-clarification separator and incorporating packed column into existing rotary disc extractor- The unit now has increased capacity of about 12% with reduced solvent-oil ratio, enhanced raff inate yield, and less energy consumption under the same refining severity.
