摘要
采用水玻璃、氧化铝和十六烷基溴化胺为原料,在水热条件下合成孔径为3.5nm的MCM-41分子筛。以不合格变色煤油为研究对象,分别进行了Na-MCM-41、H-MCM-41、X、Y型分子筛、活性炭和白土的煤油脱色性能对比试验。结果表明H-MCM-41分子筛具有优异的煤油脱色性能。
McM-41 molecular sieve used for kerosene decolorizing was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis from water glass and aluminium oxide with CTMAB as template. Its decolorizing power to color deteriorated kerosene was compared with other adsorbents including Na-MCM-4l, H-MCM-4l, X zeolite, Y zeolite, active carbon and clay- It was shown that the said molecular sieve has excellent kerosene decolorizing function.
