摘要
用氨基硫脲与丙酸在无机酸催化下 ,合成 5乙基 2氨基 1 ,3 ,4噻二唑 ,并对工艺条件进行了试验 ,结果表明 :最佳工艺条件为氨基硫脲与丙酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .4 ,浓盐酸催化 ,回流 3 h,产率为 71 .68%。
Amino5ethyl1,3,4thiodiazole was synthesized from aminothiourea and propionic acid as raw materials with inorganic acid. The results showed that the optimum conditions were mol ratio of aminothiourea∶propionic=1∶1.4, and the reaction time 3 h under refluxing, catalyst hydrochloric acid. The yield was 71.68%.
