This essay develops a model of rural enterprise development effected by financialdeepening after Chinese reform and opening to the outside world and evaluated it empirially,Basad on the hypothesis of“Leewis-Feghan-Lannis” dual economy, the model implies thatrural enterprise is just the transfer from Total Agricultural surplus(TAS) through the markets(especially the financial market). Rural enterprise development is a series of procedure in whichcapita formation and technology in novation causeto the increasion of production forces.
