摘要
本研究采用二次通用旋转组合回归设计方法,对维酶素发酵培养基豆腐渣中添加麦麸、小米和玉米粉的最优化组合进行定量研究。建立了维酶素产量形成的培养基的反应模式,利用回归模式对培养基的最优化组合和各单因子要素反应规律及其互作效应进行了探讨。
The influence of corn starch, millet and wheatbran on weimeisu fermentationhave been studied,design ofquadratic regression. A quardratic regression model of riboflavin yield on the doses af three fac- tors has been established.The model is highly significant and well fit. It suggested that the re-sponse of weimeisu yield to the cornstarch,wheat bran and millet amount is also of the,quardratic cure type. By reducingthe dimension and resolving the model, the resposes of theweimeisu. yieldto each single material and the interaction effects between the two of three fac- tors were investigated.
