摘要
报道了无色杆菌在培养过程中,对几种主要营养成分的利用情况及其变化规律,结果表明:培养48h时对蛋白质的利用率为30%;利用少量糖类作为碳源;培养基中溶解磷含量,以30h时最低,48h后趋于平衡;氨态氮含量6h时最低。
In this paper, it was reported how some kinds of nutrients in the medium were utilized by Xenorhabdus luminescens and the changing regularity in the course of cultivating Xenorhabdus luminescens.The results of the experiments were as follows:the utilizing rate of protein was 30% at 48h;only a little reducing sugar was utilized; in the medirun there was the least dissoved phosphorus at 30h, which had a tendenly to be steady 48h later; the medium contained the least NH4+ - N at 6 h,which wcnt up step by step with the time increasing .
