摘要
铁十字海棠的叶片在MS+6-BA(6-苄基腺嘌呤)2mg/L+NAA(萘乙酸)0.2mg/L培养基上产生较多的愈伤组织,并产生大量的丛生芽,芽的增殖系数可达5.5.丛生芽切割后,接种到MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L培养基上,30d左右增殖系数可达6.丛生小芽切割成单株后,在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基上的生根壮苗效果较好.0.2%的活性炭有利于根的生长.铁十字海棠试管苗成活率可达90%以上..
Tissue culture and rapid propagaion of leaf of Begonia masoniana Irms.were studied.The results showd that the propagtion cocfficient of the cluster shoots was 5. 5,in MS+6-BA 2 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L.In MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L,the propagation cocfficient of the cluster shoots was 6 in subculturing at day 30.The seedling grew fastest in MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L. 0.2% activated chareoal could promote root growth.The survival rate of the test-tube plantlet was over 90% in the transplanting.
