西部地区资本形成的制约因素分析

区域经济失衡和差异扩大化已是当前经济发展中不争的事实 ,并已引起中央政府的高度重视 ,而区域经济失衡又根源于现行体制约束下的西部地区资本形成不足。在此情况下 ,分析西部资本形成的制约因素并提出相应对策具有重要的理论和现实意义。

As we know, this is a reality in our economic development that the economic gap between the east and the west has been enlarged on its original foundation, and now, the central authorities has attached great importance to this fact. However, this area economic development gap results mainly from the insufficient capital formation of the West. Under these circumstances, analyzing disadvantages during the periods of capital formation and suggesting some proposal about policy have great significance in theory and reality.
