本文在论述了统计产品质量衡量标准的基础上 ,指出传统信息发布方式对统计产品质量提高的制约 ,并提出了改革传统信息发布方式的必要性与可能性。

On the hase of discussing the measuring standard of statistical product*ss quality, this paper points out that traditional way of releasing information has restricted the improvement of statistical product*ss quality, and it puts forward the necessity and possibility to reform the traditional way of releasing information.
