本文对在我国政府统计调查过程中开展县县抽样调查的必要性与可行性做了比较系统地分析论证 ,并就实行县县抽样调查所要解决的几个具体问题进行了讨论。

The necessity and possibility was analyzed systematically in this article in the light of the fact that the State Statistical System applies the method of sampling survey in every county. After that, several problems that must be resolved were discussed so as to the method can be scientifically applied in practice.
