工业社会的规模经济导致了大企业的竞争优势 ,中小企业在与大企业的竞争中处于不利的地位。中小企业的重新振兴不是由于大企业对环境的破坏 ,也不是出自人们对中小企业的偏爱。战后中小企业的发展 ,主要得益于新技术革命所提供的机会 。

The economics of scale in the industrial society leads to the more competitive advantages of big enterprises and put the small medium enterprises in the unfavorable conditions.The rejuvenation of the small medium enterprises is not because the big enterprises damage the environment or people prefer the small medium enterprises.Owing to the new technological revolution,the small enterprises obtain a quick development after the war,and have less in common with those enterprises based on the traditional industrial techology.
