依托我省丰富的物种资源及基因种类 ,把以生物制药为基础的医药产业培育成我省在新的世纪里的支柱产业 ,是省委省政府确定的我省参与西部大开发 ,建设绿色经济强省的重要内容。基于我省生物制药研究和开发的现状 ,要大力发展生物制药产业 ,把其培育成我省在新的世纪的优势产业和支柱产业 。

Backing on the rich species resources and gene types,one of the important decisions made by Yunnan provincial party committee and government,to make Yunnan take part in the western development and to build Yunnan into a green and economic powerful province,is to help the medicine industry which is based on the biological pharmacy become a pillar industry of Yunnan in the new century.According to the researches and developments of Yunnan biological pharmacy,if giving a vigorous development of biological pharmacy to help it become a dominant and a pillar industry,we must lead the investment venture mechanism onto the researches and developments of Yunnan biological pharmacy.
