摘要
研究了锆(IV)/8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(HQS)/EDTA三元混配络合体系,发现EDTA具有显著改善灵敏度与提高选择性的双重功能.建立了锆的选择性好灵敏度高的荧光测定方法,并用于合成和合金样品分析,可不经分离.
The fluorescent reaction among zirconium (IV), 8-hydroxyl quinoline-5-sulfonate and EDTA was investigated. Based on the functions of EDTA to enhauce fluorescence and mask interference ions, a fluorimetric method with high-sensitivity and fine-selectivity was developed for assay of zirconium and successifully applied to analysis of zirconium in samples without any separation.
