摘要
研究了肥床旱育,塑盘旱育和半水育3种方式培育的杂交稻秧苗第一完全叶的衰老。结果表明,半水育秧叶片功能期短、MDA含量及POD活性上升快,SOD活性下降迅速,表现出明显的早衰;而肥床旱育和塑盘旱育秧苗没有明显差异。

comparative study on senescene of attached leaves of dryland raised seedling (DRS),plastic plate
raised seedling (PRS) and wetland raised seedling (WRS) was conducted.The results showed that
WRS leaves had shorter function period,increased faster in MDA content and POD
activity,decreased faster in SOD activity than the other two.There was no significant difference in
senescene between DRS and PRS.
