摘要
初步测得ＷＤ无敌消毒液对全长７．０ｍｍ和１９．３ｍｍ月鳢鱼苗的安全浓度分别为１１ｍＬ／ｍ３和３４．２ｍＬ／ｍ３。对月鳢而言，ＷＤ无敌消毒液是一种安全的外用药，但用０．１％ＷＤ无敌消毒液对幼苗进行浸泡消毒时，浸泡时间建议在９０ｓ以内为宜。
Results from the preliminary test showed that the safe concentrations of WDdisinfectant were 11 ml/m 3 and 34 2 ml/m 3 , respectively , to the Channa asiatica (Linnaeus) youngster averaging 7 0 mm and 19 3 mm in body length .Therefore this disinfectant is safe external medication for Channa asiatica (Linnaeus). And it was suggested that when the youngsters were sterilized by means of soak using 0 1% WDdisinfectant, the time of treatment should not more than 90 seconds.
