摘要
本研究试图以孔系加工为对象,开发一个在微机上实现数控自动编程的系统.系统中采用对话方式输入图面信息,显示孔系分布形态,同时自动生成零件程序和数控数据.这些数据可直接传送到计算机数控(CNC)机床或制成穿孔纸带,控制数控机床的动作.
In this papery, a NC automatic programming system on a microcomputer is developed for machining a group of holes. In this system, the interactive computer graphics is adopted, the location and the shape of holes can be displayed on the screen and at the same time the part programmes and NC data can be generated automaticly. The data can either directly be transfered into CNC tools or used for NC tapes to control routines of NC tools.
