黑白花乳牛被毛和血清中铁、铜、锌含量分析

摘要 本试验用原子吸收分光光度计测定了南宁市三奶场乳牛的被毛和血清中三种微量元素的含量。结果表明:黑色被毛的铁、铜、锌含量分别为58.20±37.73 ppm,8.81±4.92 ppm,122.97±22.80 ppm;白色被毛的铁、铜、锌含量分别为43.71±27.24 ppm,8.08±4.05 ppm,112.72±22.52 ppm;血清的铁、铜、锌含量分别为1.83±0.95 ppm,0.70±0.19 ppm,1.15±0.38 ppm。所测的铜、锌含量均低于国内报道的平均值或变动范围的下限值。其中一奶场乳牛的铜、锌含量又较其它二奶场低,其原因与植物饲料中铜、锌含量低和饲喂过多的酸性饲料有关。 The atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to measure the contents of three microelements in hair and sera of cows which come from three dairy farms in Nanning city.The results showed that the content of Fe,Cu,Zn were 58.20±37.73ppm,8.81±4.92 ppm,and 122.97±22.80ppm respectively in the black hair,and were 43.71±27.24ppm, 8.08±4.05ppm,and 112.77±22.52ppm respectively in the white hair.In sera,the contents of Fe,Cu,Zn were 1.83±0.95ppm,0.70±0.19ppm and 1.15±0.38ppm respectively. The contents of Zn and Cu in the hair and sera of cows from the dairy farms were lower(even below the lower limits of variations)than those reported in the other regions of China,and those from one of the farms were lower than those from the two others.The low Cu,Zn contents in the hair and sera samples might be due to the fodder low in Cu and Zn contents and feeding too much acid feedstuff.
