环境条件和植物生长调节剂对香榧花粉萌发的影响 被引量:9

摘要 不同成熟期、不同贮藏温度和湿度、不同贮藏时间对香榧花粉活力影响的研究表明:2℃、无水氯化 钙条件下花粉活力最强,并且随着贮藏时间的延长,活力逐渐减低,但同样条件的7℃下,花粉活力没有明 显差别。以省林科院内的榧树为试材,采用 GA3、 NAA和 IBA3种生长调节剂,每种药剂分 2个浓度和 2个 温度水平,试验数据经方差分析进行比较。结果表明:这3种药剂对花粉的萌发率和花粉管的伸长都有一定 的促进作用,其作用效果为NAA>GA3>IBA,其中以NAA100mg·L-1,GA3 100mg·L-1效果最为显著和稳定; 在高温(28℃)条件下,花粉的萌发率和花粉管的伸长都明显高于低温(20℃)条件下的培养。 Study on effect of different mature period, different storage temperature, humidity and time on pollen activity of Torreya grandis showed that the pollen activity was strongest under 20℃ and anhydrous calcium chloride, decreased with the storage time, but it had no evident difference under 70℃. Torreya grandis tree in Zhejiang Forestry Academy as testing sample, treated by GA3, NAA and IBA with two levels of concentration and temperature each, the resulted data compared by variance analysis showed that the tested regulators promoted the pollen germination rate and pollen tube growth. The promoting order was NAA>GA3>IBA, among which NAA 100mg·L-1 and GA3 100mg. L-1 had evident and stable effect, meantime, higher temperature(28℃ ) also had evident effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth than lower temperature(20℃)
