摘要
本文利用自制的长光程薄层光谱电化学池,测定了Fe(CN)^(3-)_6/Fe(CN)^(4-)_b电对及亚甲蓝氧化还原电对的克式量电位和反应电子数,所得结果与文献值及循环伏安法结果相近.并推导了简易的长光程薄层光谱电化学池所研究体系处于扩散控制时吸光度与时间的函数关系式,由此测定了该体系起始反应物的扩散系数,结果较为满意.
The formal potentials and the numbers of electron transferred of the redox systems of Fe(CN)_6^(3-)/Fe(CN)_6^(4-) and methylene blue were determined with a Long-Path Length Thin-Layer spectroelectrochemical cell. The results obtained from our experiments were in good agreement with the reported values and those obtained from CV experiments. This paper also gave a simple equation of absorbance-time behavior when the redox system investigated with a Long-Path Length Thin-Layer spectroelectrehemical cell is controlled by diffusion. The diffusion coeffients of the reacting substances were obtained from this equation.
