不同砍种方式的甘蔗抗旱性比较 被引量:5

Comparison of drought resistance of sugarcane in three seedcane-cutting types

摘要 以桂糖 11号和新台糖 16号作试验材料 ,分剥叶砍种、剥叶不砍种、不剥叶不砍种 3种砍种处理。试验结果表明 :在干旱条件下 ,桂糖 11号剥叶不砍种处理的出苗率高 ,死亡率低 ,不剥叶不砍种处理株高和绿叶数数值最大。在生理生化方面 ,干旱区桂糖 11号各处理萌芽期间 ,种茎中氨基酸含量 14.2 5- 18.0 0 mg/ g鲜重 ,还原糖含量 1.0 6 - 2 .58mg/ g鲜重 ,新台糖 16号干旱区各处理则相反 ,种茎中氨基酸含量 1.50 - 2 .6 3mg/ g鲜重 ,还原糖含量达 18.75- 2 9.53mg/ g鲜重 ,种茎近于中度胁迫 ;而桂糖 11号干旱区剥叶不砍种、不剥叶不砍种的自然饱和亏缺值与非干旱区各处理基本相同 ,而 ROC16的则比对照大大提高。因此 ,丘陵坡地应选用桂糖 Two sugarcane cultivars, GT 11 and ROC 16, were employed as the experiment plant materials. Three seedcane cutting treatments, i. e. two-buded seedcane without (leaf) sheath, multiple buded seedcane without sheath and multiple buds with sheath, were used. Under drought condition, the multiple buded seedcane without sheath treatment of GT 11 showed the highest germination rate and low plant death rate, and the multiple buded seedcane with sheath treatment showed the highest plant height and number of green leaves as compared with other treatments. The contents of amino acid and reducing sugar in seedcane in the drought treatment of GT 11 were 14.25-18.00 mg/g FW and 1.06-2.58 mg/g FW, respectively. And those in ROC 16 were 1.50-2.63 mg/g FW and 18.75-29.53 mg/g FW, respectively, when ROC 16 was in middle strength of water stress. The water shortage under natural saturation showed almost the same under drought and no drought conditions for GT 11, but that was increased a lot under drought condition for ROC 16. In the experiment, GT 11 was more drought-resistant than ROC 16.
