对补体结合试验的几点体会 被引量:2

摘要 补体结合(CF)试验是古老的传统的血清学检验方法,是所有免疫学试验中应用最广的一种试验.虽然参与试验的因素多,操作比较复杂,但它却具有其特异性强、敏感性高、终点判定明确,特别对中、后期传染病和慢性病例检出率高等特点,成为广泛使用的基础血清学实验,是免疫学诊断最为常用的方法之一.
