摘要
本文基于声弹性理论和一维声速反问题理论,提出了一种残余应力分析的新方法;利用超声波测量仪和声速反演计算,可测出任意深度处的残余应力主应力值,描绘出残余应力沿厚度的分布规律.
In this paper, a new method for analysis of residual stress is presented based on acoustroelasticity theory and one-demensional inverse problem theory on sonic velocity. By using ultrasonic tesing instrument and inverse calculation of sonic velocity, the normal stress of residual stress at arbitrary depth is measured and the distribution rule of residual stress along the lines of thickness is described.
