台湾海峡鱼类寄生线虫种类记述Ⅰ(线虫纲:毛首目:毛细科;旋尾目:龙线虫科) 被引量:7

摘要 在历时近两年的研究中 ,检查了采自台湾浅滩渔场的近百种鱼类 ,检获线虫成虫 17种 ,隶属 9科 13属。其中 5种为新种 ,5属为中国海域寄生线虫属的首次记录。 2新种为蓝圆毛细线虫Capillariadecapterisp nov 和金线鱼嗜子宫线虫Philometranemipterisp nov ,并对 2已知种的分类地位作了调正。 There were 17 species of marine fish parasitic nematodes in the examined 9 families and 13 genera were found during nearly two years research period whil e the examined fishes collected from Taiwan Strait, of which 5 species were new, i e Contracaecum muraenesoxi sp nov , Indocucullanus hapalogenyu si sp no v , Capillaria decapteri sp nov , Aliascaris aetoplateae sp no v , Philometra nemipteri sp nov , and 5 genera were new record in Chin a seas, i e Aliascaris, Philometra, Acanthocheilus, Cucullanellus, Terranov a Two species were am e nded according to their morphological characters, that is, Raphidascaris (Cloe oa scari) trichiuri Yin et Zhang, 1983 and Heliconema (Paraleptus) chilosc yllii Y in et Zhang, 1983 All the type specimens are deposited in the Parasitology Rese arch Laboratory of Xiamen University In this part, two new species and two ame nded species were reported, the diagnosis of the new species are as follows Abstract There were 17 species of marine fish parasitic nematodes in the examined 9 families and 13 genera were found during nearly two years research period whil e the examined fishes collected from Taiwan Strait, of which 5 species were new, i e Contracaecum muraenesoxi sp nov , Indocucullanus hapalogenyu si sp no v , Capillaria decapteri sp nov , Aliascaris aetoplateae sp no v , Philometra nemipteri sp nov , and 5 genera were new record in Chin a seas, i e Aliascaris, Philometra, Acanthocheilus, Cucullanellus, Terranov a Two species were am e nded according to their morphological characters, that is, Raphidascaris (Cloe oa scari) trichiuri Yin et Zhang, 1983 and Heliconema (Paraleptus) chilosc yllii Y in et Zhang, 1983 All the type specimens are deposited in the Parasitology Rese arch Laboratory of Xiamen University In this part, two new species and two ame nded species were reported, the diagnosis of the new species are as follows 1 Capillaria decapteri sp nov (Figs 1 5)The species obtained from the intestine of Decapterus maruadsi Esopha gus i s 1/3 of the body length The tail is bluntly round without papillae at tip of t he tail Male. Body length 9 44?mm and 0 05 mm in the middle of the bo dy; the nerv e ring lies 0 089 mm from the head end spicule single and stout, 0 105×0 0 09; spicule with smooth sheath Female. Body 19 54(17 60 21 48)?mm×0 06(0 05 0 06)?mm. Vulva opening, which without any process, is 37 00%(32 00% 4 2 00%) of the body length from the anterior end The present worm differs from Capillaria fudingensis Wang, 1982 and C r hinobati Johnston et Mawson, 1945 mainly in the spicule, the former′s 0 192 0 319?mm l ong and 0 76% 0 97% of the body; and the latter′s 0 160?mm and 2 22% of i ts body The present worm′s is 1 11% of body length Holotype ♂, paratypes 2 ♀♀, collected from the intestine of Decapterus maruadsi from northwest (23 2° 23 8°N, 117 5° 118°E) t o west of Minnan Taiwan Bank Fishing Ground,10 Jan 1998,by LUO Da Min 2 Philometra nemipteri sp nov (Figs 6 9)The new species obtained from the ovary of Nemipterus virgatus differs f rom Philometra lateolabracis Yamaguti, 1935 mainly in having three cephalic papilla e in en face view, the latter, according to Yamaguti(1935), without any ceph alic papillae, but Rasheed (1963) confirmed that there were two circles papillae wer e distinct in en face view External and Internal circle consists of 8 and 4 papillae respectively Body length 43 45(24 10 63 85)?mm and 0 36(0 25 0 50) mm at greatest width; distan ce from nerve ring to the head end is 0 17(0 12 0 22)?mm Esophagus leng th 0 72 (0 60 0 86) and 0 05(0 03 0 08)?mm wide at its middle; the esophagus s welling 0 07(0 06 0 08)?mm×0 07(0 05 0 08)?mm Holotype, paratypes 7, collected from the ovary of Nemipterus virgatus from south (22 2° 22 8°N, 118° 118 5°E) of Minnan Taiwan Bank Fishing Groun d on 20 Apr 1996 and 10 May 1997, by LUO
