使用陷阱采样在蜘蛛生态学研究中的应用

SAMPLING USING PITFALL TRAPS IN ECOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON SPIDERS

介绍1种国外常用的研究地面活动蜘蛛生态学的采样方法,即陷阱采样。对如何制作和排布陷阱做了比较详细的说明,并对使用陷阱研究的生境以及通过陷阱所获得的类群做了介绍,同时,通过举例对如何使用陷阱及由陷阱得到的数据的数学处理作了说明。

Pitfall traps were widely used to study the spider fauna, species composition, activity .biodiversity in many kinds of habitat ,such as salt meadow , grassland ,forest ,bogs and some heavily disturbed habitat i. e. agricultural sites . Some investigators even used pitfall traps to study the monitoring function of spider fauna as indicator animals in varying environment. The main intention of this paper is to review pitfall traps using in researches of spider, including the similarities of spider assemblages from different habitats etc. It is an outline of how to equip pitfall traps and how to arrange them, even give some cases to show how to deal with the data collected by pitfall traps.
