摘要
对毛叶茶(Camellia Ptilophylla Chang)带腋芽原基茎段和成熟种胚最适培养基的筛选,及不同激素组合对腋生株及成熟胚增殖的不同影响的试验,结果表明,带腋芽原基的茎培养在添加 KT 与 NAA 的 SH 培养基上,芽的萌发率达86%以上.60天内芽数增殖4~5倍,而成熟种胚以添加6-BA 与 IAA 的改良 ER 培养基最适宜,胚萌发率接近85.7%,60天内丛生芽分化率达98%.
The experimental results showed:in the medium of Schenk and Hidbrandt(SH)added with kinetin(KT)and naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),the sprouting rate of axillary buds were over 86%. buds mwtiplied 4—5 time In sixty days.In the medium of improved eriksson(ER)added witth 6—benzylaminopurine(6—BA)and indole—3—acete (IAA).The mature embryos from seeds were growing fine.The sprouting rate of embryos was close to 85.7%,the differential rate of cluster bud were over 93%.
