白蜡虫雌成虫某些生化成分分析

Partial biochemical components analysis of Ericerus pela (Chavannes).

分析了白蜡虫雌成虫含氮 6.3 3 4 %、蛋白质 3 9.59% (含非蛋白氮 )、脂肪 6.2 556% ,其碘价68.877。白蜡虫乙醇提取液含氮 0 .2 60 %、蛋白质 0 .656%、还原糖 3 3 %、总糖 7 0 0 % ,测定出含有 1 7种氨基酸 ,其中以His、Glu、Ala含量较高。测定了Ca、Fe、Mg、Al、Ba、Co、Mn、Sr、Zn、P元素的含量 ,其中Ca、Mg、P含量较高。

The white scale Ericerus pela (Chavannes) is an insect species with the high economic value in China, belonging to the family Coccidae. The results of partial biochemical component analysis of this insect were reported. In the female adult, there were nitrogen 6.334%, protein 39.59%, fat 6.2556%. In the sample extracted from the insect by ethanol, there were nitrogen 0.260%, protein 0.656%, reductic sugar 3.300%, saccharride 7.000%. There were seventeen kinds of amino acids,and three kinds of amino acids have higher contents, i.e., His 464.3740μg/g, Glu 201.6187μg/g, and Ala 90.3352 μg/g. Contents of Ca, Fe, Mg, Al, Ba, Co, Mn, P, Sr, Zn are also determined.
