摘要 ds RNA介导的有效的和特异性的基因封闭现象已在线虫、果蝇、斑马鱼等多种生物体中发现和证实。许多研究者对 RNA干涉 (RNAi)现象的分子机制、生理功能和应用等进行了探索。预示 RNAi技术体系的建立和完善将在基因功能研究。
