HLA分型方法进展 被引量：2

摘要 传统的 HL A分型方法主要是血清学和细胞学方法 ,分型准确性较差 ,且不能进行亚型分析。随着 PCR技术及基因芯片技术等分子生物学技术的出现、发展 ,HL A基因分型得到了迅速的发展 ,各具特点的 HL A分型技术不断出现 ,使 HL A的分型更加准确、精细、简便、实用 。
