摘要
Nine compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia blanda (Benth.) Benth. Their structures were identified with spectral and chemical methods as follows: 5,6-dihydro-6-styry-2-pyrone (1), friedelin (2), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxystyrene (3), 5,2'-dimethoxy-6, 7-methylene dioxyflavanone (4), 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-O-[alpha -L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 -->2) -beta -D-fucopyranosyl] flavone glycoside (5), 5, 5'-dihydroxy-7-acetoxyl-6, 8, 3',3'-tetramethylpyran (3',4') navone (6), 5, 5'-dihydroxy-7-(alpha -methyl) butyroxyl-6, 8, 3 ', 3'-tetramethylpyran (3',4') flavone (7), 5,5'-dihydroxy-6, 7-methylenedioxy-8, 3', 3'-trimethylpyran (3',4') navone (8), glucosyringic acid (9). Among them, 6, 7 and 8 are new compounds, named as sifanghaoine I,II and III, respectively.
从唇形科植物四方蒿 (Elsholtziablanda (Benth .)Benth .)中分离得到 9个化合物 ,用光谱分析、化学方法及与已知化合物对照 ,分别鉴定为 :5 ,6_二氢_6_苯乙烯吡喃_2_酮 (1)、木栓酮 (2 )、4_羟基_3_甲氧基苯乙烯 (3)、5 ,2′_二甲氧基_6 ,7_二氧亚甲基双氢黄酮 (4 )、5_羟基_7_甲氧基_6_O_[α_L_鼠李糖 (1→ 2 )_β_D_岩藻糖 ]黄酮甙 (5 )、5 ,5′_二羟基_7_乙酰氧基 6 ,8,3″,3″_四甲基吡喃 (3′,4′)黄酮 (6 )、5 ,5′_二羟基_7_(α_甲基 )丁酰氧基_6 ,8,3″ ,3″_四甲基吡喃 (3′,4′)黄酮 (7)、5 ,5′_二羟基_6 ,7_二氧亚甲基_8,3″,3″_三甲基吡喃 (3′ ,4′)黄酮 (8)和丁香酸葡萄糖甙 (9)。其中 ,6、7、8为新化合物 ,分别命名为四方蒿素Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。
