恶性黑色素瘤基因治疗的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 恶性黑色素瘤 (MM )多发生在成人 ,是一种恶性程度很高的恶性肿瘤。对放疗、化疗不敏感 ,且其疗效持续时间短 ,临床治疗很棘手。基因治疗给MM病人带来了希望 ,人们把MM选择为第一个基因治疗临床试用的目标。在短短 10年内 ,MM的基因治疗已取得了长足的进展 ,按所用的基因可分为免疫基因治疗、反义核酸与抗癌基因治疗、自杀基因治疗及联合基因治疗。本文就近几年来这几方面的研究进展作一个综述。
