应用腓肠肌肌瓣或者肌皮瓣移位修复膝关节深度烧伤创面 ,具有切取方便 ,操作简单 ,不需吻合血管的优点 ,其血供丰富 ,抗感染力强 ,切取面积较大 ,可以有效地闭合创面 ,消灭死腔 ,保留膝关节的部分功能 .对修复大面积皮肤缺损 ,膝关节及胫骨上段骨外露极为有利 ,值得推广应用 .

It is extremely convenient to use gastrocnemius muscle flap or muscle flap to repair the skin deletion and the bone outside of tibia of the knee joint with deep burn. It does not need vessel anastomosis, as it is convenient and easy to operate and had rich blood supply. For large area cut, it is effective on closing wound surface and extinguish dead space.
