摘要
目的 :观察微量注射血管紧张素Ⅱ (angitensinll,AngⅡ )及受体拮抗剂于应激性高血压 (stress inducdehy pertension ,SIH)大鼠内侧缰核 (medialhabenulanucleus,MHb)、外侧缰核 (lateralhabenulanucleus,LHb)内对血压的影响。方法 :用核团微量注射的方法。结果 :AngⅡ (10ng)微量注入SIH大鼠MHb引起血压明显升高 ,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,AngⅡ微量注入LHb也可使血压升高 ,但与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。SIH大鼠MHb微量注入saralasin(2 0ng)可使血压明显下降 ,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,LHb内微量注入saralasin也可使血压下降 ,但与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :应激性高血压大鼠缰核(habenulanucleus,Hb) ,特别是MHb内的AngⅡ在应激性高血压发病中起一定的作用。
Aim:To study the effects of microinjecting AngⅡ or saralasin into MHb,LHb on blood pressure in induced hypertensive(SIH) rats compared with those of control.Methods: Microinjecting AngⅡ or saralasin into Hb.Results:The respective injection in the MHb in SHI rats with AngⅡ or saralasin caused the blood pressure increased or decreased significantly ( P <0.05),while the respective injection in the LHb with AngⅡ or saralasin caused little change in blood pressure ( P >0.05).No significant difference was observed in reduction of blood pressure between microinjection of saralasin into LHb and control( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion:AngⅡ in Hb,especially in MHb is involved in the incidence of stress induced hypertension.
