摘要 目的 :探索持续血液滤过及内毒素直接吸附治疗外科感染性多器官衰竭的有效性。方法 :为 1例外科感染性多器官衰竭患者进行血液持续滤过 ,并利用多粘菌素B结合纤维 (PMX)进行内毒素吸附。PMX治疗每 2 /d ,共 8d。结果 :用上述方法治疗后 ,内毒素和IL 6水平下降 ,病情好转并停用血管活性药物。结论 :持续血液滤过并用PMX吸附内毒素是治疗外科感染性多器官衰竭的有效方法。 Aim:To assess the effectiveness of the combined use of direct endotoxin absorption and continuous hemodiafiltration for treatment of septic multiple organ failure (MOF) in surgical patients.Methods: A surgical patient with MOF was given continuous hemodiafiltration(CHDF) with PMX treatment 2 h a day.Results: The endotoxin levels and serum IL 6 levels decreased markedly.Hemodynamic condition come to stability in a short time.Conclusion:Application of PMX and CHDF could markedly improve the outcome of patients.PMX could be used for the treatment of patients with septic multiple organ failure.
