摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠自体原位肝移植模型的建立方法。方法 :分别采用门静脉和下腔静脉双搭桥法建立大鼠自体原位肝移植模型 ,即用自制双头静脉插管和静脉内置管完成门静脉 左肾静脉搭桥、肝后下腔静脉内置管行临时性分流 ,在体持续低温灌洗保存肝脏 ,观察复流后肝脏形态学变化和肝细胞超微结构改变。结果 :本模型手术成功率 94% ,搭桥时间 2 0~ 2 5min ,光镜及透射电镜下肝细胞结构形态无明显变化。结论 :双搭桥分流大鼠自体原位肝移植方法可行 ,能作为肝移植基础理论研究的模型。
Aim:To establish the model of orthotopic autologous liver transplantation in the rat. Methods: Setting up the bridge between portal vein and left renal vein with two head cannul made by myself and building up blood byroad and by canal in the inferior vena cava, washing and preserving the liver in cold preservation solution and observing the changes in morphology and extra micro structure in the liver cells after reperfusion. Results: The success rate of operation was 94%, and it took 20~25min to set up the two bridges together. Conclusion: The model created by two shunt bridges for orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat is feasible, and it could act as the model for studing basical theories of liver transplantation.
