大鼠喉同种异体移植术的改进

Improved revascularized laryngeal allograft of rat

目的 :对喉移植模型进行改进。方法 :大鼠 10 8只分为A、B、C 3组 ,术中供体在喉体暴露后于第三气管环水平做气管切开 ,移植时 ,用棉片湿温冷保存液包裹离体喉 ,并用冰块放置在移植喉的四周 ,术中尽量不要触动受体鼠的喉 ,采用不同的血管吻合方法 ,并观察血管吻合的通畅率。结果 :A组需要时间 45min～ 1h ;B组手术时间 30min以内 ;C组吻合时间减至 2 0min以内。大鼠动脉通畅率为 86 % ,静脉通畅率为 80 % ,静脉吻合改为套管吻合 ,静脉通畅率可达到 10 0 %。结论 :通过对大鼠喉移植技术的改进可以缩短手术时间 ,提高血管通畅率。可避免大鼠因分泌物增多而死亡 ,从而尽可能缩短供体喉的热缺血时间 ,提高受体鼠的存活率和生存质量 ,有利于实验的观察。

Aim:To improve the operation rules of rat laryngeal transplantation.Methods:A total of 108 rats were divided into A、B、C 3 groups.In the experiment,transplantation was ameliorated,and impact on establishing blood circulation of graft by different technique was investigated.In the donor the laryns was exposed,tracheotomy was done at the third tracheal ring.When it was implanted in the accepter,the isolated larynx was enwrapped by cotton yarn bedewed with ice preserving fluid,and the larynx of the accepter was not touched. Results:A group would take 45 min～1 h;Operations of B group were finished in 30 min.C group would take no more than 20 min .24 h vanished after the blood circulation was established,the rate of patency of artery and vein were 86% and 80% respectively,When the canula anastomoses were adopted in the outflow end,the rate of patency of vein was 100%.Conclusion:The technique improvement of rat laryngeal transplantation can reduce the operative time,and increase the patency of vessels.The death of rat does not result from secretion,the period of warm ischemia is cut as short as possible.Livability and survival quality is advanced,which are in favor of experiment.
