Kr:F准分子激光对大鼠牙髓的影响

摘要 目的 研究Kr :F准分子激光对大鼠切牙牙髓的影响。方法 用功率为 5W的Kr :F准分子激光照射大鼠切牙 1min ,在照射后即刻、第 2天、第 7天分别处死 5只大鼠 ,作病理切片观察其牙髓变化 ,并与Nd :YAG激光作比较。结果 Kr :F准分子激光照射后仅出现 0~ 1级的牙髓组织变化 ,而Nd :YAG激光照射后出现 3级变化。结论 Kr :F准分子激光照射牙体硬组织所引起的牙髓反应较小。 Objective To study the effects of Kr:F excimer laser irradiation on pulp tissue of rat incisor teeth.Methods Rat incisor teeth were irradiated with 5 W Kr:F excimer or Nd:YAG laser for 1 minute Every 5 rats were killed after irradiation immediately,2 days and 7days respectively.Histopathological examination of pulp tissue was taken with microscopy.Results According to histological grade,the change of teeth irradiated with Kr:F excimer was 0~1,while in Nd:YAG laser group,it was 1~3 .Conclusion Compared with Nd:YAG laser,Kr:F excimer irradiation only has little thermal effects on pulp tissue.
