插销式附着体的临床应用

A clinical application of plunger attachments

目的 探讨插销式附着体在双侧远中游离端局部活动义齿中的固位和稳定性。方法 制作带有插销式附着体底座的基底冠 ,并通过平行研磨仪确定附着体的共同就位道。结果 以插销式附着体为固位体的双侧远中游离端局部活动义齿的固位和稳定性高于普通三臂卡环为固位体的义齿。结论 插销式附着体是一种结构简单 ,固位和稳定性较好的固位体 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Studying retention and stability of plunger attachments by bilateral distal-extension removable partial dentures.Methods Fabricating tooth crown with well of plunger attachments,deciding the wearing path of dentures.Results The retention and stability of bilateral distal-extension removable partial dentures with plunger attachments were better than clasp of RPD.Conclusion Plunger attachments are simple retainer with good retention and stability in clinical application.
