摘要
目的 探讨 2 4小时动态血压与偶测血压的相关性 .方法 随机选择符合WHO诊断标准的高血压病患者479例 ,用无创性携带式动态血压检测仪进行 2 4小时血压检测 ,检测前以标准汞柱式血压计按常规测右上臂血压 ,将获取的ABPM参数与偶测血压值作比较及相关分析 .结果 偶测血压值明显高于ABPM平均 2 4h血压、平均白昼血压和平均夜间血压 (p<0 .0 5 ) ;偶测血压值与ABPM的几个参数值均有相关性 (p <0 0 1) ,偶测SBP与白昼SBP的相关系数r=0 .5 0 1,与夜间SBP的r=0 .395 ,与 2 4hSBP的r=0 .114,偶测DBP与 2 4hDBP的相关系数r=0 .495 ,与夜间DBP的r=0 .35 7,与白昼DBP的r=0 .2 2 3.结论 2 4小时动态血压与偶测血压的相关性不高 ,不能用偶测血压的诊断指标 ,但ABPM仍不失作为观察血压波动与治疗效果的可靠指标 .
Objective To study on the relationship between ABPM(Atraumatic Monitoring of Dynamic Blood Pressure) and measuring blood pressure by chance.Methods Comparison and correlation analysis between parameter of ABPM in 479 hypertensive disease cases coinciding with WHO diagnosis standard and numeric value of measuring blood pressure by chance.Results Numeric value of measuring blood pressure by chance was Obviously higher than that mean 24 hour's blood pressure、mean daynight blood pressure and mean nighttime blood pressure(p<0.05);there were correlations between numeric value of measuring blood pressure by chance and some parameter of ABPM(p<0.01).Conclusions The correlation between 24 hour's dynamic blood pressure and measuring blood pressure by chance is not high,of not high,if the criteria of measuring blood pressure by chance can not be used.However,ABPM is still as a reliable index of observing fluctuation of blood pressure and therapeutic efficacy.
