口腔颌面部鳞癌术前辅助化疗的评价

Evaluation of Preoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Oro-maxillofacial Squamous Cell Carcinoma

本文为一大样本、长随访期的回顾性研究,共收集上海第二医科大学附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科收治的鳞癌患者683例,其中253例为单纯手术治疗,430例为术前辅助化疗加手术治疗。研究结果认为:术前辅助化疗在口腔颌面部鳞癌的治疗中有着十分积极的意义,化疗有效者可以显著提高远期生存率。其主要适应证为T_3,T_4患者。

This is a big sample and long-time follow-up retrospective research which includes 683 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and all these patients were treated in Oro-maxillofacialSurgery Department of 9th People's Hospital,Shanghai Second Medical University be-tween 1970～1984.Among these 683 patients,253 were treated with surgery alone and 430with preoperative chemotherapy plus surgery.We do feel that effective preoperative chemotherapy has very active meaning in thetreatment of oro-maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma.The response cases for chemo-therapy have been acheived the longer survival.The results also show that the degreeof lymphocyte infiltration and cancer nest decay has apparent influence on patient's sur-vival We suggest the main indication for the preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy toT_3 and T_4 patients.
