老年无牙颌患者口底痛觉阈及变形度的测定

Measurement of the Old Edentulous Patients for the Pain Threshold and Degree of the Distortion of the Floor of the Mouth

采用电阻应变式压力—位移传感器测定30名青年人和30名老年无牙颌患者口底的平均痛觉阈和变形度。结果表明,老年无牙颌患者的口底平均痛觉阈和变形度均高于青年人(P<0.01),因此为老年患者取模时,应考虑增大舌侧肌功能整塑强度,戴牙时,则应加强对舌侧基板伸展度的观察。其次,无论老年无牙颌患者还是青年人,前部的口底平均痛觉阈和变形度均高于后部(P<0.02),因此取模作舌侧肌功能整塑时,应分区进行,舌侧前部的整塑强度应大于后部。

Applying the electrical resistance strain gauge pressure-shift transducer,The authorstsudied the old edentulous patients' the mean pain threshold and degree of distortion of the floor of the mouth to compare with the youngsters.The results show that the meanpain threshold and degree of distortion of the floor of the mouth of the old edentulouspatients is higher than that of the youngsters(P<0.01).Therefore,first,it should beconsidered to increase the strength of lingual mould when making the impression forold edentulous patients Second,it is important to pay attention to the extention of thelingual base of the denture.Regardless of the old edentulous patients or youngsters,the mean pain threshold and degree of distortion of the floor of the mouth in the anteri-or region is higher than the posterior region.When making the impression,the mouldingprocess should be done from one region to another,namely,the functional moulding str-enth in the anterior region should be over the posterior one,and not be done by onlyone kind of the tongue movement to mold the lingual every region.
